In these intentionally tended sessions, we use the journal as a tool for deeper observation and a mirror for the soul. Rather than focusing on artistic perfection, we practice “noticing the unobserved” -the delicate veins of a leaf, the shifting shadows of the canopy, or the quiet stirrings of our own thoughts. Through a series of mindful invitations, you will be invited to slow down and record your surroundings using a blend of sketching, reflective writing and sensory mapping with guided presence, low-pressure creativity and an exploration of ecological kinship.

Transform your camera into a gateway for presence. Move away from technical pressure and towards the practice of visual listening. By slowing down your pace to match the rhythm of the woods, you will learn to use the viewfinder as a meditative anchor-focusing on the stories told by light, texture, and the “micro-wonders” of the forest.
